Bellevue Community College
Medical Informatics Program
3000 Landerholm Circle SE
Bellevue, WA 98007-6484
Program Manager: Jennifer D. Jones
Medical Informatics is the intersection of health care and technology. Although the field is relatively new, it has been ranked as one of the top five healthcare careers by US News and World Report. At Bellevue Community College we offer a Certificate in Medical Informatics, a three quarter, 30 credit program designed for both working professionals and students who want to gain employment in this stimulating and emerging field. Individuals with backgrounds in healthcare or information technology fields are urged to apply.
The certificate program is currently being offered in both an instructor-led and an online format.
- The instructor-led courses are especially appealing to students who learn best when working directly with the instructor and your classmates.
- The online class is perfect for people who are self-starters and who need a flexible course schedule.
